- Teachers create a session using the app before class begins
- Students join the session anonymously using a unique session code
- When students click "Start," the system logs the class as in progress
- After the session, students click "End" to complete quick feedback questions
- Feedback is stored securely and anonymously
- Teachers can review feedback insights and class performance in their dashboard
2. Information We Collect
For Teachers:
- Teacher ID, name, email address, and department affiliation
- Course assignments and teaching sessions
- Session creation data (room numbers, start/end times)
- Login credentials and access logs
- Dashboard usage and interaction data
For Students (Anonymous Data Only):
- No personal information - We do not collect student names, IDs, or email addresses
- Session participation timestamps (when "Start" and "End" are clicked)
- Anonymous feedback responses and ratings
- Session codes used to join classes
- Browser cookies to prevent duplicate feedback submissions
Technical Data:
- IP addresses for security and fraud prevention
